How do I prepare to work together?

Having an idea of what you want in regards to your style and needs within the space is always helpful. You do not need to design the kitchen; our team will do that for you. Having photos to attached to our detailed client onboarding questionnaire will help our sales and design team with providing you exactly what you are looking for, but hopefully more! How is Kitchens with FH built?

Kitchens with FH, and all of our brands, were built on Empathy. Having an understanding of the pain points our clients (time, budget, communication are top 3) express and building a company around solving those pain points. There is no business without our clients. Our company values and the culture that was built represents that internally as much as it does externally. You can find more information about us here.

Do you remodel other parts of the home?

At times we do, but through a completely different process. Our background is in renovating and building multimillion dollar homes, but we wanted to create a company that was able to service more of the every day clients. With that we brought the design, quality, and client experience along with us. How soon can you start?

This varies depending on how busy we are at the given time, but we will not start until we are ready and prepared to do so. Starting sooner, doesn’t mean you finish sooner. Most of the time it means your home will be under construction for a longer period of time and we both do not want that. Plan, plan, and then plan some more before we execute. The time spent planning on the front end is how we manage the budget and timeline of our projects. It is absolutely the key to a successful project.

How do I make this kitchen remodel as smooth as possible?

Do your research with whoever you hire!!! Have full trust in who you hire and let go of control (easier said that done). Understand what you are receiving and what you are responsible for. Kitchens with FH has you responsible for; signing contracts, signing off on materials/proposal/installation documents, making timely payments, and removing personal items from the space/s we are working on/in. We will take care of EVERYTHING else!

Who will be designing our kitchen?

We have several designers that are working on projects at one time, but all of our projects are signed off on and receive feedback from the same Creative Director that designs our multi-million dollar homes with our Fitch Hill Design brand. Our custom kitchen service requires more time and attention to detail and will receive personal time with our Creative Director. You can see the work on our larger projects here.
