Not only did FitchHill design and build a kitchen / laundry / garage drop zone of my dreams; they are incredibly easy to work with. I have been following this company since their early days; hosting pop-up events with local makers. I attempted to hire them for a full house remodel in 2019 and was taken aback when they told me (rightfully so) that my expectations didn’t match my budget. They don’t exist to make money, but to bring your dreams to reality … and they won’t sell you on something that cannot be done. The owners, Molly and Chris, are down-to-earth and go to great lengths to make their business the best it can be. From the communication software they use, to their top-notch subcontractors, and their excellent PM (thank you Adam for always answering my texts, calls, and emails!). So, when it came time to do my kitchen, I knew I had to get my ducks in a row and call FH! They were on board with my vision and, with their expertise, made it even better than I could’ve imagined. We even accomplished all this during the 1st “Summer of COVID” - FitchHill was very upfront with delays and issues that may arise - they were on top of it and flexible, helping me track down appliances to get the job done. Extremely professional and all around amazing. Big thanks to FitchHill, I highly recommend!

The experience we had with Kitchens with FH was such a wonderful one! Home remodels and renovations are stressful and can be a challenging process. Chris and Molly and their team were amazing to work with. From the initial design process all the way through to the finish. We felt very taken care of and so much of the stress was taken off of us. Every detail was handled so professionally and as timely as possible. If you've ever done a home renovation you know that something always goes not according to plan or small things arise and every time that happened it was handled and taken care of and addressed. We felt comfortable speaking up about our needs and anything we were concerned about and were encouraged to always say if something wasn't right. The trade workers they brought into our home were always professional and polite and respected our space while we were living in it. Adam was also a rock star and we trusted him 100% through the whole process to take care of every tiny little detail to make sure it was done correctly. I can't say enough good things and have now enjoyed 2 different home projects with FH and look forward to others down the road. Fitch Hill exceeded our expectations for our major kitchen remodel. From the design to completion, it was a seamless process. What really impressed me with Fitch Hill was their ability to execute the style of home we were hoping to have. They thoughtfully listened to the design style we were hoping to achieve and it turned out looking SO good! Better than we could have ever imagined. We absolutely loved working with Chris and Molly at Fitch Hill. We've done many projects in the past with various companies but FH's professionalism, communication, follow through and integrity puts them head and shoulders above the rest.
