I have been following this company since their early days; hosting pop-up events with local makers. I attempted to hire them for a full house remodel in 2019 and was taken aback when they told me (rightfully so) that my expectations didn’t match my budget. They don’t exist to make money, but to bring your dreams to reality … and they won’t sell you on something that cannot be done. The owners, Molly and Chris, are down-to-earth and go to great lengths to make their business the best it can be. From the communication software they use, to their top-notch subcontractors, and their excellent PM (thank you Adam for always answering my texts, calls, and emails!). So, when it came time to do my kitchen, I knew I had to get my ducks in a row and call FH! They were on board with my vision and, with their expertise, made it even better than I could’ve imagined. We even accomplished all this during the 1st “Summer of COVID” - FitchHill was very upfront with delays and issues that may arise - they were on top of it and flexible, helping me track down appliances to get the job done. Extremely professional and all around amazing. Big thanks to FitchHill, I highly recommend! I would add pictures, but I have 3 young kids and my house (especially kitchen, laundry and drop zone) is ..um.. lived in and loved hard :)

Chris and Molly and their team were amazing to work with. From the initial design process all the way through to the finish. We felt very taken care of and so much of the stress was taken off of us. Every detail was handled so professionally and as timely as possible. If you've ever done a home renovation you know that something always goes not according to plan or small things arise and every time that happened it was handled and taken care of and addressed. We felt comfortable speaking up about our needs and anything we were concerned about and were encouraged to always say if something wasn't right. The trade workers they brought into our home were always professional and polite and respected our space while we were living in it. Adam was also a rock star and we trusted him 100% through the whole process to take care of every tiny little detail to make sure it was done correctly. I can't say enough good things and have now enjoyed 2 different home projects with FH and look forward to others down the road. Whatever needs we'll have in the future, FH will be our first call.
